Value and quality..

Its clean and tight.. very close to everything..amazing front desk staff.. team is lean and acting fast .. room is very nice .amazi value for money I will definitely book with them again

Gym is not available.. as you can not call the small room with damaged equipment on the roof a gym

Very Good

The rooftop pool is a plus. Few hotels in Beirut have such big rooftop pool. The room with sea view is great. The staff are great.

During our stay there were some summer party editions and the pool could not be used after 18h. During these parties the area converts to a restaurant and night party and you cannot acccess the rooftop at all unless you want to have dinner in the restaurant. - The gym is very outdated. Don't count on it at all

We liked eveything in this hotel: The people, the location, the pool and the very good service.

The restaurant prices are extremely expensive, but I was told that the restaurant does not belong to the hotel.

The Ain-el-Mraisseh neighborhood is one of my favorite areas in Beirut. I liked the fact that we were upgraded immediately upon arrival.

I love the high floors; unfortunately, there was very loud music at the bar nearby almost every night.

in all ways I like staying there every time I visit lebanon

I like the location it is easy to move around and mostly everything is available around the place as renting a car, exchange money, supermarket ..... Also the room was clean and enough space free to move inside, but the restaurant above and the street can't help to sleep till little late time. I like the front desk employees, they are very helpful and friendly.

As I mentioned I didn't like to sound of music from the roof above because of the restaurant but not everyday as the street the same. I didn't like that free parking is not always available unless you come to hotel very late otherwise you have to give it to valley parking is available all the time

Good location for a weekend stay

Location is great. Right on the Corniche with the number 15 shared bus that goes up and down the corniche passing by the hotel. the Beirut Souk area is a 5 minute walk so the hotel is very central if you are going to wander the city.

disappointed that the roof top was not usable ...not even to sit in.

Very disappointing

Location Beakfast.

We had booked a « Deluxe » room. While the hotel is facing the sea, our « deluxe » room was only facing an ugly building under reconstruction, with absolutely no view on the sea. As we had a 7 night booking, we asked for a change, but were answered that it was not possible... The room was noisy because of the air conditionning machine of the whole floor. And last but not least, the wifi was incredibly poor, falling down every two or three minutes...

Nothing special, ordinary hotel but close to everything.

On Booking.com there was mentioned that in this room the bathrobes and ironing facilities will be included. Needed to ask for them, reception didn't know. Internet was bad, needed to call to reception periodically asking to fix it Room maintenance is weird - they rearrange all your belongings, close opened personal bags, once took away my own sleepers. Complaints didn't have any result. Number of the towels varied , probably the service lady can't count till 5. Was forgetting to add water, tea.

Beirut's a nice place, we have a certain vision in mind when Beirut is mentioned but that's long ago

It's seems a very old hotel but with character and charm. It was a quick check in and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and they are quite spacious. It is worth booking the hotel pick up / drop off taxi ($50) as it is chaotic outside the airport and I would never advise you to drive in Beirut, the roads are mad. The Indian restaurant in the hotel is 'FANTASTIC' the food is 'AMAZING'. The entrance is on a busy street but a couple of minutes walk to the left you have the promenade and to the right you have the beautiful marina with a good choice restaurants and cafe's. The rooftop pool was not open when we were there at it was late in the year (Oct). Take American dollars to spend, even though you will get your change in LBP.

It was better than we expected so no problems, there is better hotels around, at a cost but this is good value for money.

Great hotel for a city stay.

The higher type of room categories are the modern renovated ones on the upper floors. 1st and 2nd floor has cheaper but more older rooms. Breakfast is nice with great views over the Corniche.

The rooftop bar is very nice and also the location of the hotel is very good with a lot of hotspots within walking distance.

There are several floors upgraded (floors 3-6) and bottom 2 floors (1&2) not yet upgraded. We had asked to stay at the upgraded floor but in the end got a room in the 1st floor. The room was ok though but would have liked to stay in the newly renovated room instead.
